  • Be responsible for any content shared by Media Panga on their behalf and adhere to applicable laws and regulations.

Payment Terms

  • Service payments will be agreed upon in advance and outlined in a separate agreement or contract.
  • Payments must be made according to the specified timelines. Late payments may attract additional fees as per the agreement.
  • Media Panga reserves the right to suspend services if payment terms are unmet.

Confidentiality

Media Panga understands the importance of confidentiality and will take all reasonable steps to protect the privacy of clients’ sensitive information. This includes not disclosing client data or business practices without consent.

Intellectual Property

  • All content created by Media Panga for clients, including but not limited to images, videos, social media posts, logos, and designs, remains the intellectual property of the client once fully paid for, unless otherwise stated.
  • Media Panga retains the right to use any non-confidential information shared for promotional purposes on its website, social media, or portfolio.

Limitation of Liability

Media Panga will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided. This includes loss of profits, data, or any other financial losses.

Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for paying any outstanding dues for services rendered until the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising about these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Delhi.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Media Panga reserves the right to modify or update these Terms anytime. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the client’s responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
